Locate Quarantined E-mail with Microsoft 365 Defender

Step 1: Login with your UA-PTC username and password at https://security.microsoft.com.

Step 2: After you have logged in successfully, the Welcome to Microsoft 365 Defender screen will appear. Select Review from the left menu as pictured below.

Step 3: The review screen will appear. Select the blue quarantine box as pictured below. Selecting this option will allow you to review and release messages that have been quarantined for security purposes.

Step 4: The quarantine screen will appear. Select the e-mail you wish to release out of quarantine as pictured below.

Search option: If you are looking for a particular e-mail, type the e-mail address or subject of the email in the search box from the top menu as pictured below. If the e-mail is found from the quarantine search, select the e-mail as pictured in the example above.

Step 5: After the quarantine e-mail(s) have been selected, select the Release option from the top menu as pictured below. After completing this task, the e-mail(s) will be released out of quarantine.
