Step 1
From your start menu locate the “Zoom Workplace” app
Step 2
Login to your Zoom Account by clicking Microsoft to sign in and follow the prompts to sign in as normal
Step 2 A (Only appears if you have never logged into the Zoom Workplace app previously)
If you have never logged into your Zoom Workplace app before the next screen will ask you to Link your Zoom Account. Click “Link and Sign in”
Step 2 B (Only appears if you have never logged into the Zoom Workplace app previously)
Zoom will send you an email to verify your account. Please put the code that is emailed to you in the boxes and click Verify
Step 2 C (Only appears if you have never logged into the Zoom Workplace app previously)
Click “Yes, I confirm” to get logged into your Zoom Workplace App
Step 2 D
Click the button next to “Always Allow uaptc.zoom.us to open links of this type. The Click “Open”
Step 3
Click the Phone icon on the Left Side
Step 4 (ONLY IF YOU HAVE A DESK PHONE)
Locate the phone icon in the top right of your screen as circled
Step 5 (ONLY IF YOU HAVE A DESK PHONE)
Click the phone icon and connect to your desk phone.
Step 6 (Optional for use when not with your desk phone)
If you are using your laptop away from your desk phone you can click the same icon and disconnect your phone
