How to submit an IT Help Desk ticket

  1. Go to myapps.microsoft.com and log in with your student credentials.

  2. Open the IT Help Desk app.

  3. Select the category that best matches your issue.

    • Example: If you are experiencing problems with Blackboard course content not displaying correctly, choose the Blackboard category.

  4. From the list of services, select the one that best matches your issue.

  5. On the right-hand side, click Report Issue.

  6. Fill out the required fields and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
