Go to myapps.microsoft.com and log in with your student credentials.

Open the IT Help Desk app.

Select the category that best matches your issue.

From the list of services, select the one that best matches your issue.

On the right-hand side, click Report Issue.

Fill out the required fields and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
