When using lock down browser to access blackboard, you will get a message saying your log in information is incorrect. This is a known issue currently being worked on, in the mean time here is a simple work around.
1. Click the "Forgot password" link located below the log in boxes on the Black Board Page.
2. This will take you to the password reset on the UAPTC portal, DO NOT RESET YOUR PASSWORD. Log into the portal as normal.
3. Click the blackboard link located on the UAPTC portal, this will take you to blackboard.
4. If prompted to close an existing tab before opening another, do not close the first tab that was opened by lock down browser, the one labeled "Blackboard", as this will close the whole browser.
