How to Migrate ScreenPal Videos from One Account to Another

Before we start:
Make sure you have access to the device where the videos you want to migrate are saved.

Steps to migrate your ScreenPal videos:

1. Open the ScreenPal program on the device where the videos you want to migrate are saved.

   • Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

   • Make sure you are logged in with your UAPTC account.

   • 

   • If you are already logged in with UAPTC, skip to Step 6.

2. If you are logged in with a personal account, sign out. Then go to myapps.microsoft.com and log in with your UAPTC credentials.

3. On the app dashboard, find and open the ScreenPal app.

4. On the ScreenPal webpage:

   • Click Create → Record Screen / Cam.

   • 

   • This will automatically sign you into the ScreenPal program with your UAPTC account.

5. Click Cancel to exit the recording screen, then reopen the ScreenPal program.

   • 

   • Double-check that you’re logged in under your UAPTC account.

6. Select any video you’d like to sync to your UAPTC ScreenPal cloud storage.

   • Click the Share icon → Publish.

   • 

7. Once the upload is complete, open your UAPTC ScreenPal webpage library and confirm that the video appears there.
