Google Chrome
- Open the Google Chrome settings by hitting the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the window, and navigate to the Privacy and security tab. Click Third party cookies.

- Under the Sites allowed to user third-party cookies, click the ‘Add’ button.

- Type in the URL of the site you wish to allow 3rd party cookies.

Microsoft Edge
- Open the settings of the browser by clicking the 3 horizontal dots at the top right corner of the window. Click on the Privacy, search, and services tab on the left-hand side. From there, click on Cookies.

- Find the Allowed to save cookies section, and click Add site.

- Type in the URL of the site you wish to add to this list, and click Add.

Safari
- Open the settings in Safari by clicking the Apple icon at the top left corner of the screen, selecting Safari settings, and click the Websites tab. On the left of the window, scroll down until you see Pop-up Windows.

- Check that you have the sites that need to allow pop-ups marked as allowed. The option When visiting other websites being set to Block and Notify will give you a chance to add that site to either be allowed or blocked depending on the choice you click when getting the popup. Make sure you have allowed for pop-ups from Blackboard and any other sites that need the permission.

- Click the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Deselect Prevent cross-site tracking from Website tracking section.

Mobile Safari
1. Open the Settings app of your iPad, and click the Apps button. Scroll down to Safari and click that option.

2. Once in the Safari settings menu, scroll down to the Privacy & Security section to find the Prevents Cross-Site tracking option. The default setting is for this to be turned on.

3. Click the slider to turn off this option. The slider will be grey when the option is turned off.

Mozzilla Firefox
- Open the Firefox settings menu by clicking the 3 vertical lines at the top right corner of the window. Select Privacy & Security from the left-hand side of the screen, and scroll down until you see the Permissions section (about halfway down the page) Click the Manage pop-up and third-party redirect exceptions.

- Add the site that you want to allow to edirect to 3rd party sites with pop-ups. Click Save Changes.
