Users who have accounts with more than one U of A schools may have issues accessing the other account due to the common use of MyApps across all schools. The best course of action for accessing another U of A account is to log out of the current account.
1. Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the screen (this is typically displayed as the user's initials).
2. Click the sign out option at the top right corner of the pop-up that engages when opening the profile icon.

3. Sign into the account you're trying to access.
In instances where just signing out of MyApps does not allow access to your other account, you can try these steps.
1. Log into Blackboard Ultra with your current account.
2. Click the Sign out option at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the End Session and log out option once logged out of Blackboard to end your session fully.

If this method does not work, please try using private browsing/incognito mode to log into the other U of A account. If that allows you access, clear your browsers cache and cookies. Here is a link to an article that details how to do that on the most popular browsers.
