Reset Password and MFA

UAPTC utilizes single sign-on for College Devices, Workday, The Ticketing System, and Blackboard. This means you will use the same user name and password to access all of these services. If you are having issues logging into one of the services, a good first step is to change the password to make sure everything is syncing correctly.

You can also request that your Multifactor authentication be reset. This will allow you to associate a new phone

Currently, Faculty and Staff members can change their password using the Help Tab of the UAPTC portal.
Students can change their password on their MyApps page.
