Is your ScreenPal video stuck in a loading loop on Safari?
Follow these step to disable "Prevent Cross-site Tracking":
For Mac:
- Go to the Safari app on your Mac.
- Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
- Unselected "Prevent cross-site tracking"
For Iphone/Ipad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Use the search bar at the top to search for "Safari" and select the first result.
- Scroll down to the “Privacy & Security” section and turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."
