ScreenPal Student - General technical information

If you're experiencing issues with ScreenPal or other Blackboard content not displaying correctly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

 

Is your ScreenPal video stuck in a loading loop on Safari?

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)  Follow these step to disable "Prevent Cross-site Tracking":

For Mac:

  1. Go to the Safari app on your Mac. 
  2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  3. Unselected "Prevent cross-site tracking"

For Iphone/Ipad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Use the search bar at the top to search for "Safari" and select the first result.
  3. Scroll down to the “Privacy & Security” section and turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."
